Williamsburg Landing offers three Entrance Fee refund plans: a 90 % refundable, a 50% refundable and a 0% refundable plan.

The Entrance Fee for a specific residence varies depending on the plan selected. The 90% refundable plan is the most expensive, the 50% plan is less expensive, and the 0% plan is the least expensive plan available.

Not all options are available for every residential unit type. There are a limited number and type of residences available under the 50% and 0% refund plans.
